Our autumn decorations set the scene for a wonderful fall.
Our Bed and Breakfast features a lovingly maintained 3 bedroom 2 bath home, with large front porch, and vintage details throughout. Our home offers a timeless, but transcendent experience not only inside but extending outdoors to create a harmonious union with the expansive terraced gardens and our little orchard. Our Buddha sits serenely watching over everything.
All of this is situated on an acre of whimsically appointed land surrounded by state protected land and facing the Hudson River which provides seasonal views from the many seating and entertaining areas around the property.
Adding to it's vast appeal are the many amenities which this location provides; Beacon's vibrant Main St, numerous walks and hiking trails, a short distance to the village of Cold Spring; the soon to be Mirabeau inn & spa, and the close proximity to Metro North.

Rate: $180 per weekday night, $220 per weekend night for double occupancy.
The rates may change a little according to the seasons and holidays.
All rates are subject to Dutchess County and NY State sales taxes.

Breakfast
breakfast is available from 7am–9:30am:
• Orange and pineapple juice.
• Fresh fruit.
• Home baked savory and sweet pastries.
• Selection of coffee, English breakfast tea, green tea or herbal tea.
Breakfast is served in the dining room. When the weather allows, guests may choose to have breakfast in the garden to enjoy the views.

Guests can contact the hosts at (917) 880-0791 between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm EST.
During weekend and holiday seasons we request a two-night minimum stay. Occasion one night stay may be available upon enquiry with the host.
Cancellations
Due to the nature of our small operation, the Beacon Hermitage has the following cancellation policy.
— Minimum of 14 days’ notice of cancellation 50% charge;
— Less than 7 days’ notice of cancellation — 100% charge
For the block reservations for two or three rooms, the following apply:
— cancellation made between 21-14 days prior to the arrival date — 50% charge;
— Less than 14 days’ notice of cancellation — 100% charge.
Cancellation should be done by phone with confirmation from the host by email (beaconhermitage@hotmail.com).
Check-in and Check-out
Check in time: between 3:00pm – 9:00pm.
If guest is arriving later than 9:00pm, please inform your host as soon as you can.
Check out deadline: 11:00am.
Should the room is available, cost for extended stay is $20/hour until 6:00pm.
Payment
We accept cash, Venmo and Zelle.
Other Policies
Beacon Hermitage is a non-smoking building. However the guests may smoke outside at the few patios around the house. We are a small dog friendly (20lb or less) with an additional charge.
