I have two wedding plans, the Stirling and Edinburgh.
Stirling Wedding Ceremony: $900
We have two in person meeting, either via in person, Skype or FaceTime to plan, discuss and personalize your wedding ceremony. Our first initial interview is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. You share with me your love story; what your life was like before you met, how and where you met, your journey with all it's hopes, fears and dreams. I go through in fine detail how we get from welcoming your guests to the pronouncement and Kiss. After our meeting you then confirm my services by sending me an email so that we are contracted to work together to create your personal and unique wedding ceremony.
We then get to work, or rather you get to work as I provide you both with a comprehensive "Your Wedding Ceremony Package" which contains everything you require to create your wedding ceremony. You then fill out a questionnaire, go through reading material, perhaps writing your own vows and then we will have a planning session to pull it all together. The process is engaging and fun and will help you focus on what is truly important.
The second meeting is our planning session and this takes place around 4 to 6 weeks before your wedding day. After drafting your ceremony, we will spend as much time as is required to fine-tune the ceremony based on your feedback and ideas. Unlimited consultation time is also available via phone and email.

Edinburgh Wedding Ceremony: $1300
We have three in person meetings, either via in person, Skype or telephone to plan, discuss and personalize your wedding ceremony. Please see the "Stirling Wedding Ceremony" for the first and second meetings steps.
Our last meeting and “retreat” usually is with-in a few weeks of your wedding ceremony and takes place at my home, Beacon Hermitage and last’s about 3 to 5 hours. We share a meal together (I’m the cook) as well as time for you both to go for a walk/hike or participate in an "Art Retreat"; Art can have a profound influence on how we view ourselves as individuals and as a couple. It can also offer a way for the couple to engage creatively on their relationship. You are invited to draw/paint the "icon's/images" that help represent your journey together. Either the hike or Art Retreat helps you both to prepare for the journey you plan to take for your future life together and then we spend sometime together to reflect and prepare for your wedding ceremony. This is an opportunity for couples to listen and hear what precious gift they will share with each other on their wedding day. It also gives us sometime to get to know each other in a more relaxed setting.

Rehearsals: $350
For me, not a requirement as many coordinators, planners and even family friends can help with the smaller size bridal parties – if you have someone who is very familiar with the process, this fee can be used elsewhere in the budget. If not, and you are worried about having a no-stress wedding day, then by all means, book me for the rehearsal! An on-site rehearsal is an extra charge so as to create a relaxed environment for everyone.

Travel:
Mileage fee applies for venues from officiants residence (Beacon Hermitage). To calculate traveling expenses then GPS "Beacon Hermitage" to your wedding venue, that mileage number x $4.00 for each mile (I charge for only one way). For weddings and rehearsals in NYC, LI or venues over 70 miles, an additional $300 surcharge is added to cover traveling time, bridge and parking fees.
Payment:
Unless the entire stipend is paid upon the execution of this agreement, a deposit of $400 will be required to reserve the couple’s date, the balance should be presented to the officiant, along with the Marriage License, on the wedding day prior to the start of the service and keepsake copy of your wedding ceremony. Final payment can be paid by cash, check or Zelle. For holiday weddings or holiday weekend weddings, including New Year’s Eve, Christmas Eve and all Legal holidays there are additional fees.

Elopement Ceremony at Beacon Hermitage: $200
This is a generic intimate ceremony with a few guests to witness you and your significant other making your love vows to each other. This takes place at Beacon Hermitage.
Elopement Ceremony off sight: $400
This is a generic intimate ceremony with no more than 8 people to witness your exchange of wedding vows. Travel expenses to be included.
